Job Description
Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking to hire a mid-level Legal professional for their team based at the Head Office in Bengaluru.
Position: Legal Manager Artworks
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 610 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to marketing and category teams on product development, advertising, and brand claims.
- Review and approve artworks, advertisements, POSM, and promotional communications.
- Assess legal risks in marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
- Draft and review brand promotion, co-branding, and brand ambassador agreements.
- Handle competitor challenges and regulatory matters (including ASCI).
- Support IP matters, compliance, and litigation coordination.
Candidate Profile:
- LLB/LLM qualified with 610 years of experience.
- Experience in FMCG / food / manufacturing sector preferred.
- Exposure to marketing law, advertising review, and brand claim approvals is highly desirable.
