Job Title - Legal Manager
Location: Sector 32

We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our team at Safe Ledger Private Limited and manage end-to-end intellectual property and legal compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
- Handling complete trademark prosecution (search, filing, examination, opposition, hearings, assignments & recordals)
- Overseeing copyright, patent, and design prosecution processes
- Managing consumer disputes and drafting replies to legal notices
- Coordinating with external counsel and supporting litigation management
What Were Looking For:
- Strong experience in intellectual property laws and legal compliance
- Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
- Hands-on experience in litigation and dispute resolution
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters efficiently
