About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Manager to take charge of all legal and compliance matters at

Officebanao. The role involves handling day-to-day contracts, compliance, and company

policies, while working closely with business, finance, and project teams.

Youll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing all the agreements and helping

the company stay legally sound as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage all types of agreements including service agreements,

customer contracts, vendor agreements, SHA, SSA, T&Cs, and other company

related agreements.

Handle tripartite and project-specific contracts involving multiple stakeholders

(clients, contractors, and banks).

Prepare and maintain company policies, internal guidelines, and compliance

trackers.

Ensure compliance with major labour and statutory laws such as BOCW, CLRA, EPF,

ESI, GST, and Shops & Establishments Act.

Manage company and project-level insurance documentation and renewals.

Support banking and finance documentation, including funding rounds due

diligence, M&A, and investment-related paperwork.

Coordinate with external lawyers for legal opinions, dispute matters, and

property-related work.

Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal and compliance activities.

Work with different teams to ensure contracts and compliances are completed on

time.

What Were Looking For:

35 years of experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.

Good understanding of commercial contracts, compliance, and company law.

Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of business operations and ability to give legal inputs that

support practical decision-making.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

A practical and solution-oriented approach to legal and business issues.
