Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review Leave & License Agreements, Agreements for Sale, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct title verification, due diligence, and ensure compliance with property ownership laws.
• Provide legal advice on transactions, mitigate risks, and manage disputes.
• Ensure adherence to RERA and other real estate regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 510 years in real estate legal matters with a developer or law firm.
• Skills: Proficiency in property laws, agreement drafting, title due diligence, and compliance. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
