Who Should Apply

Ideal candidates are 4th5th year law students with:
Strong drafting skills (contracts, notices, structured research writing)
Clear and confident written & verbal communication
Professional attire, conduct & discipline
Interest in corporate, technology, DPDP and startup law
Ability to develop structured content (briefs, insights, policy notes)
Curiosity for how legal strategy supports business growth through the Fractional General Counsel services model

What You Will Work On

Interns will gain hands-on experience across the full scope of Fractional General Counsel services, including:
Contract drafting founders agreements, ESOPs, NDAs, vendor & SaaS contracts
Governance & compliance DPDP Rules, MCA processes, internal corporate policies
AI & technology law data governance, regulatory analysis, risk mapping
VC-readiness workflows due-diligence preparation, compliance checklists, data-room structure
Strategic advisory support internal notes, issue-spotting, founder-aligned insights
Content creation legal updates, structured research pieces, policy summaries

This is practical, meaningful work that reflects how modern companies rely on Fractional General Counsel services.
