We Are Hiring: Legal Intern (3-Month Internship) Angel Fund Regulatory & Documentation Work

With SEBIs revised Angel Fund Regulations (2025) now in effect, we are strengthening our legal and compliance infrastructure. To support this transition, we are looking to hire a Legal Intern from a reputed law school for a 6-month internship.

The intern will work closely with our investment, compliance, and legal teams on:

1. Reviewing and updating our legal due diligence framework for startup investments.
2. Assisting in the redrafting of Contribution Agreements in line with the revised SEBI norms.
3. Supporting updates to our PPM, allocation methodology, and internal fund governance documents.
4. Conducting research on SEBI AIF Regulations, Angel Fund circulars, and compliance requirements.
5. Coordinating with portfolio founders on documentation and regulatory checks.
6. Assist in maintaining legal records, transaction files, and investor documentation.

Who Should Apply

Students from law schools.

Strong interest in securities law, venture capital, startup funding, and AIF regulations.

Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced investment environment.
