Job Description:

You will be responsible for advising Fund team on general transactional matters and supporting a dynamic commercial team. In doing so, you will work with deal teams, asset managers, and attorneys in other offices to respond to ongoing matters related to the portfolio, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating wide range of project contracts such as financing agreements, amendments to and consents under financing arrangements (including with debt, tax equity, and/or equity investors), EPC, O&M agreements, consultant agreements, services agreements. Additionally, you will also provide education and training on various topics, including the companys legal policies and procedures, and assist in the training and development of the business teams by expanding their understanding of legal and compliance frameworks, trade-offs, and associated documentation.

Requirements:

• 8 + Years of transactional experience, including managing deals, drafting, reviewing high value commercial agreements, and advising clients and financing parties directly and knowledge of the contractual obligations in investments.
• Candidate must be well versed with SEBI Guidelines Regulations.
• Well-developed analytical abilities, communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as a deep interest in exploring and learning new areas of the law.
• A keen sense of judgement and demonstrated ability to take initiative and collaborate with colleagues in support of highly complex transactions.
