Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive legal research.
  • Draft, review, vet, and redline a wide range of agreements, including vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service level agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Review agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, negotiation, execution, redlining, storage, and maintenance of contracts for repository and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as business, operations, compliance, and finance to address contractual, legal, and regulatory matters effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse evolving legal and regulatory developments and provide timely inputs for updating internal policies, procedures, and contractual templates.
  • Support in mitigating legal and compliance risks.


Skills Required:


  • Strong legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters
  • Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents accurately
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
