Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Executive based in Mumbai. The Legal Executive will handle legal documentation, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with property laws and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, offering support in conveyancing activities, and advising on property-related legal matters. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, and ability to quickly research
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and related processes
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Relevant experience in real estate or property law is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities
