Position: Legal Executive

Location: Bangalore-Jakkur

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents and contracts
• Assisting in litigation management and coordination with external counsels
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Supporting internal teams with legal queries and advisory

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal work
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
