Job Description
Position: Legal Executive
Location: Bangalore-Jakkur
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents and contracts
- Assisting in litigation management and coordination with external counsels
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Supporting internal teams with legal queries and advisory
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB)
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal work
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and litigation processes.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
