1. Attorney with couple of years experience in ethics compliance;
2. Review and redline agreements;
3. Good English communication and drafting skills;
4. Experience in PPT, excel or other technical tools;
5. Excellent PR with various stakeholders within the organization to complete regulatory assignment in a timely fashion;
6. Perform research on legal topics;
7. Quick learner and ability/appetite to understand and learn new skills/topics etc.;
8. Go-getter to deliver the tasks within scheduled deadline;
9. Ability to do cross functional collaboration in a challenging corporate setting.
