Role Overview

We are seeking aLegal Content & Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME)to drive regulatory intelligence and compliance content for our Compliance Management platform.

This role sits at the intersection oflaw, compliance, and technology, where the candidate will translate regulatory requirements into structured compliance frameworks used by enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strongcorporate compliance knowledge, regulatory research skills, and the ability to interpret complex laws into practical compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Research & Regulatory Intelligence

• Research and interpretstatutory Acts, Rules, and regulatory developmentsacross sectors.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely updates in the compliance platform.
• Develop and maintainstructured compliance checklists and regulatory frameworks.

Legal Content & Compliance Frameworks

• Translate complex legislation intoclear, structured compliance requirementsfor enterprise users.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of legal and compliance content.
• Maintain regulatory databases, compliance calendars, and update reports.

Client & Product Collaboration

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand theirregulatory environment and compliance needs.
• Supportproduct demos, onboarding, and implementationof the compliance platform.
• Work with product and technology teams totranslate regulatory requirements into platform features.

Quality & Governance

• Conduct periodicquality checks and compliance audits of legal content.
• Identify regulatory gaps and recommend improvements in compliance frameworks.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• LLB (mandatory)from a reputed university
• Company Secretary (CS) / MBA / LLMwill be an added advantage

Experience

• 36 yearsin compliance, regulatory advisory, or legal research
• Candidates currently working in:
• Big4 consulting firms
• Corporate compliance teams
• Company Secretary firms
• Compliance advisory or legal consulting roles
