Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with import/export laws, DGFT regulations, customs requirements, and applicable trade policies

Manage Advance Authorizations, EPCG schemes, and other export incentive structures

Handle FEMA compliances including inbound and outbound foreign exchange transactions

Manage Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) structures, approvals, filings, and RBI reporting

Oversee IPO-related legal and regulatory compliances, including SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements

Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities

Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance norms, and statutory filings

Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation frameworks and internal SOPs

Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organization.

Candidates with strong regulatory exposure and experience in manufacturing/export-oriented environments preferred.
