Position title Legal Compliance Officer

Experience 7-10 yrs.

Were hiring for a Legal & Compliance professional to join a dynamic investment platform, working closely across fund structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fund documentation including TD, PPM, IMA & Contribution Agreements
• Track and implement regulatory changes (SEBI AIF, RBI, FEMA)
• Support end-to-end investment transactions (TS, SSHA, SSA, SPA)
• Handle regulatory filings and compliance across applicable laws
• Drive legal & compliance diligence for portfolio companies
• Partner with internal teams and external counsel on transaction structuring

Ideal Candidate

• 710 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to VC/PE/AIF platforms preferred
• LLB (mandatory), CS preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and transaction documentation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
