The Team

Our Legal & Compliance team helps organizations understand and meet their regulatory obligations. We support clients through research, compliance support, and advisory services across industries, leveraging technology and data analytics to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Work youll do

As part of the team, you will support senior team members and contribute to client deliverables while developing your legal, analytical, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Domestic / India Laws and Compliance

• Assist in regulatory research and identification of applicable Indian laws and compliance requirements
• Support preparation of compliance manuals and documentation for client business operations
• Help interpret legal provisions from a practical compliance perspective under supervision
• Gain exposure to regulatory requirements across multiple industries in India

Global Laws and Compliance

• Track and summarize global legislative and regulatory updates across various law areas
• Assist in creating and updating compliance obligation registers
• Support client coordination and internal team communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory risks across business processes

Research & Audit Support

• Summarize relevant portions of legislative updates and legal research findings
• Assist in audit reviews and compliance assessments
• Support preparation of client deliverables and presentations

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed LLB (mandatory) or LLM
• Interest in legal research, compliance, and regulatory advisory
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
