Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Compliance Intern, located in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, conducting research on laws and regulations, and supporting the compliance team in tracking and managing compliance-related tasks. The intern will also help in drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing compliance risks, and supporting various compliance-driven projects alongside the legal team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law, with a focus on Legal Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
• Skills in Compliance Management, particularly in maintaining and adhering to regulatory standards
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate risks and ensure adherence to key legal requirements
• Understanding of corporate governance and policies is an advantage
• Skilled in Drafting Contracts, with legal binding contours on a case to case basis
• Detail-oriented, with excellent research and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and effectively meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or a relevant field
