What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) a must
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department of a tech company
• Proficiency in handling legal documentation, basic licensing, and compliance
• Sound knowledge of Company Law & legal procedures
• Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for cooperation agreements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bonus: Professional certifications in legal or compliance
