Yogi and Partners is a boutique Law Firm focussed on niche areas of Food & Cosmetics Laws, Economic Legislations, Intellectual Property Rights & Corporate Legal Compliances. We are looking for Associate Lawyers who fulfils the following requirements.

QUALIFICATION

A.LLB with minimum 50% marks as aggregate of all semesters.

B.Candidate with Science Background in 12^th Standard will be given preference.

C.Candidate must be desirous to build a career in the field of Corporate Laws.

D.Work Experience 1-3 years.

E.Candidate from East Delhi/Noida will be given preference due to the location of the firm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A.Handling clients (scheduling& participating in client conferences)

B.Developing complete understanding about clients business & proactively advising them on various legal facets/compliance requirements.

C.Developing keen understanding of the Law generally dealt with in our Firm i.e. Food Laws, Drugs and Cosmetics Laws, Customs Law Company Law, Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Right Laws, Tax Laws (Basic understanding), Foreign Direct Investment Policies of Government of India, FEMA and Packaging Laws and assist the client in their business legal challenges.

D.Drafting/Vetting of various commercial agreements such as Manufacturing Agreement, Distributor Agreement and Leases etc.

E.Reviewing of Products, ingredients Labels and claim literature to ensure compliances with various product and packaging laws.

F.Applying and seeking registration under various statutes applicable to business, incorporation of business etc.

G.Assisting the Firm/Partner in day-to-day administration, Knowledge enhancement.
