Candidate profile:

LLB/LLM from a reputed institution; additional certificationsinArbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, Infrastructure Law, or Maritime Law will be an advantage

• Candidates having knowledge of legal matters related to real estate (for example- lands,

properties, plots, ports & shipping etc.) will have a plus point.

Worked with a Solicitor firm for a minimum of 2 years

Specialization: Contract Law, Arbitration, Risk Management, Infrastructure & Maritime Law

Key Responsibilities

Draft, vet, and negotiatecomplex infrastructure contractsfor the Group.

Advise management oncontractual rights, risks, and obligationsacross ongoing and prospective projects.

Negotiatewithcounter-partiesforlegal clearances, tenders, andcontracts.

Leaddispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation proceedingsin contractual matters.

Monitor compliancewithstatutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Structure and execute contracts forjoint ventures,civil engineering, ports, shipping, and dredging verticals.

Provide legal input inboard meetings, investor communications, and inter-departmental project reviews.

Maintain a robustcontract management systemand legal documentation database.

Stay updated with amendments incontract law, marine laws, environment laws, andinfrastructure regulations,etc

Remuneration
