Role Description: Associate Legal

Experience: Minimum 2 year of work experience

Qualifications: B.L.,/ B.A., B.L.,/LLB

Employment: Full Time

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 pm

Key Responsibilities:

a. Review of agreements, including MSA, NDA, JVs, Lease agreement, Commercial Contracts etc

b. Direct interaction with Client

c. Performing legal research.

d. Handling trademark applications.

e. Good verbal and written skills.

f. Experience in attending court proceedings will be added advantage.
