Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate in the Transactions wing of Acelegal in Navi Mumbai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for completing tasks within the domain of Real Estate Law in Maharashtra with a nexus with Corporate Law. The role involves drafting real estate documents, conducting due diligence reviews and RERA compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognised law school along with sanad from BCMG
• PQE: 2+ years
• Understanding of MahaRERA
• Previous experience in Real Estate Law in Maharashtra
• Proficiency in Marathi is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
