Job Description
Key Roles & Job Responsibilities:
Handling US entity incorporations (Home State and Foreign State registrations)
Managing SOS filings (Annual Compliances) and ongoing state-level compliances
Processing and coordinating:
o EIN applications
o ITIN applications
o US banking documentation and follow-ups
Coordinating with clients for virtual account opening and compliance requirements
Managing state registrations, renewals, and amendments
Handling state calls and correspondence with US authorities
Maintaining proper documentation and compliance trackers
Coordinating with internal teams for ODI/FDI linkage, where required
Ensuring timely completion of filings and responding to client or authority queries
Required Skills:
Strong drafting and follow-up skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (banks, authorities, internal teams)
Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
Good written and verbal communication (emails, filings, confirmations)
Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
Eligibility / Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred Background is Commerce) / Semi-qualified CS
