People Tech Group is a global technology services company delivering AI-first, Cloud, Digital, and Engineering solutions to enterprises worldwide. We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong hands-on experience in immigration filings to support our global mobility and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end immigration filings for US and other geographies (H1B, L1, B1/B2, extensions, amendments, PERM coordination, etc.).
• Prepare and review visa petitions, RFEs, documentation, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with external immigration attorneys/vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, TAG, Delivery, Finance).
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an immigration and compliance standpoint.
• Maintain accurate immigration trackers, case status reports, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to immigration laws, timelines, and internal compliance standards.
• Assist with audits, policy updates, and process improvements related to global mobility.
• Provide guidance to employees on visa processes, documentation, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
• Hands-on experience in immigration filing (preferably US immigration H1B, L1, RFEs, extensions).
• Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience working with US immigration vendors/attorneys (e.g., Fragomen, BAL, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in US shift coordination and manage multiple cases in parallel.
• Prior experience in IT services / consulting organizations preferred.
