Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Legal Aptitude Faculty specializing in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) preparation. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lessons for law aspirants, developing study materials, conducting mock tests, and analyzing student performance to provide constructive feedback. The faculty will also collaborate with other team members to improve teaching strategies and ensure the students success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Legal Aptitude concepts, reasoning, and law-related subjects relevant to CLAT preparation.
• Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills to effectively convey complex legal concepts.
• Curriculum development and ability to prepare high-quality study materials and mock tests tailored to competitive exams.
• Analytical and mentoring skills to evaluate student performance and provide personalized guidance for improvement.
• Passion for education and a student-centered approach to teaching.
• Previous experience in coaching for CLAT or similar competitive exams is preferred.
• A bachelors or masters degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M) or a related field is required.
• Graduation from NLU is preferred.
• Familiarity with current CLAT patterns and trends is a plus.
