Opportunity

We are looking for an English-speaking Legal Adviser to work on client projects in Laos and Myanmar. A successful candidate will be based in Vientiane, Laos.

The following would be your key responsibilities:

• Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memos;
• Draft commercial contracts;
• Assist with company incorporation and other corporate secretary tasks;
• Undertake legal research; and
• Prepare legal publications and assist with other business development tasks.

Skills & Experience

• A law degree and admission to practise law in your home country;
• At least one year of relevant professional experience; and
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
