Legal, Regulatory, Tax & Compliance (LRTC) | 2-7 years | Pune

We are looking for a results-driven Consultant to support Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance (LRTC) Engineering initiatives. This role blends business analysis, project management, and solution design to deliver scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities across LRTC functions.

Youll collaborate closely with LRTC stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and external vendors to execute a multi-year technology roadmap that enhances workflow efficiency, strengthens risk management, and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational production support for Legal & Compliance systems, including:
• Entity Management
• Document Management
• Legal Billing
• e-Communications Surveillance
• Personal Trading
• Monitor, triage, and resolve system and platform issues across compliance disciplines
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance readiness
• Support certifications, attestations, and recurring compliance requirements
• Prepare data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and governance activities
• Participate in testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases
• Support execution of the multi-year Legal & Compliance technology roadmap
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes

Qualifications & Experience

• 27 years of experience in LRTC engineering, business analysis, or project delivery
• Experience within a global financial institution or consulting environment
• Familiarity with one or more platforms such as:
• Communications Surveillance (Global Relay)
• Trade Surveillance
• Entity Management (Passport)
• Legal eBilling
• KYC/AML tools (MaxComply, IQ-EQ)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and information security controls
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities
