Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identify approach and onboard suitable retail brands and businesses for mall leasing.
• Market available retail spaces and negotiate lease terms and conditions
• Prepare lease proposals agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations team for lease execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and handle lease renewals.
• Conduct market research to understand retail trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and mall guidelines.
• Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and updates for management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, real estate, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail brands, mall Operations and leasing practices.
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
