Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Commercial Leasing / Real Estate Broking

Working Days : MondaySaturday (2nd, 3rd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Travel : Across Mumbai for site visits and client meetings

Salary : Based on experience and profile

About the Role

We are looking for a Leasing & Occupancy Manager responsible for leasing out commercial units acquired from developers. The role requires identifying potential tenants, working closely with brokers, managing site visits, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring quick and efficient occupancy.


Key Responsibilities


* Identify and onboard potential tenants for commercial properties

* Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate tenants

* Conduct market scans to understand demand, rental benchmarks, and tenant requirements

* Handle enquiries, coordinate site visits, and manage follow-ups

* Negotiate commercial terms and assist in finalising lease agreements

* Achieve occupancy targets and reduce vacancy turnaround time

* Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth execution

* Maintain basic reports on leads, visits, negotiations, and closures

* Represent the company professionally during meetings and property showings


Skills & Competencies Required


* Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate broking, or property consulting

* Strong broker network and understanding of the Mumbai commercial market

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

* Ability to manage multiple leads and handle negotiations efficiently

* Understanding of commercial real estate pricing, demand, and tenant profiles

* Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive in closing deals

* Organised and able to present properties professionally
