ZEAL 31 is a premium Grade A commercial office development strategically located in Techzone-4, Greater Noida West, surrounded by high-density residential catchments and upcoming metro connectivity. The project offers modern office spaces designed to cater to corporates, startups, and institutional occupiers.
Kasana Builders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts and drive occupancy at ZEAL 31.

Position Overview

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing strategy, generating leads, engaging with brokers and corporate clients, conducting site visits, and closing lease transactions.
This role requires strong broker relationships, market knowledge, and deal-closing ability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leasing & Deal Closure (Primary Responsibility)
Drive leasing of office spaces at ZEAL 31
Identify and generate leasing leads through:
Brokers
IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Knight Frank, etc.)
Corporate clients
Channel partners
Conduct site visits and project presentations to prospective tenants
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize lease agreements
Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals
2. Broker & IPC Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
Local brokers
IPC leasing teams
Corporate real estate managers
Regularly engage brokers to promote ZEAL 31
Conduct broker meets and project walkthroughs
3. Marketing & Lead Generation
Support marketing initiatives to generate leasing inquiries
Coordinate with marketing team on:
Listings on property portals
Digital marketing
Brochures and presentations
Maintain database of prospects and leads
4. Market Intelligence
Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor projects
Provide inputs on:
Rental pricing
Leasing strategy
Target tenant segments
5. Client Coordination & Deal Management
Coordinate with clients throughout leasing lifecycle
Assist in documentation and lease execution
Ensure smooth onboarding of tenants
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Total area leased (sq ft per month)
Number of site visits conducted
Number of deals closed
Occupancy percentage
Required Skills
Strong leasing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong broker network in Noida / Greater Noida preferred
Target-driven and result-oriented
Professional and confident personality

Experience Required
4 to 10 years of commercial leasing experience
Preferred background:
Grade A Office Leasing
Commercial Real Estate
Developer / IPC / Brokerage Firm
Experience in Noida / Greater Noida highly preferred
