Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the learning catalog in Cornerstone, including structure, taxonomy, updates, and version control.

- Lead and support integration of Cornerstone with other platforms (HRIS, content libraries, learning tools).

- Work cross-functionally with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless learning tool integration.

- Drive enhancement initiatives, gather requirements, and implement changes within Cornerstone to improve user experience.

- Build and maintain custom and standard reports for insights on course consumption, compliance, and adoption.

- Partner with learning and business teams to optimize catalog design and access strategies.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, especially in catalog management and integrations.

- Understanding of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.

- Experience with system integrations APIs, SFTP feeds, or middleware tools.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools within Cornerstone (e.g., Reporting 2.0).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
