What would you do? In Learning Operations you will managing learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.
What are we looking for? Minimum of 6 years of experience within the Learning organization delivering reporting metrics to key stakeholders Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a global service delivery environment or reporting team Minimum of 1 years of experience providing complex reporting to stakeholders and data analytics, audit experience Ability to pull large data set and make sense of it, analyze, and interpret to client, understanding of exclusions so data is accurate for reporting needs Good understanding of the Accenture Learning environment and reporting requirements Excellent project management Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Attention to accuracy and quality Ability to prioritize Able to work and leverage a shared services environment Proven ability to collaborate with a global audience and has multi-cultural awareness Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Good interpersonal and people management skills. Strong people developer skills. Problem solving and critical thinking. Data science/driven mindset and ability to conduct audits given perimeters
Roles and Responsibilities: Accountable for establishing, developing, and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate with customers to create and maintain short-term and long-term support plans Advise customers on the strategies that help them meet their parameters. Communicate, escalate, and resolve any challenges with Reporting and Analytics functions with lead and client. Develop deep understanding of the customers business objectives and expectations for the Program. Provides session evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvements after sessions are completed. Learning Management System Administration: Have an in-depth knowledge of LMS tool to perform daily activities. o Knowledge of myLearning and Wokday Learning platform preferred. Advanced Reporting and MIS skill: Provide periodic reports to stake holders Advance MS Excel Skills preferred. Expertise in SQL Python and PowerBI. Certification preferred o Coding expertise in SQL o Coding expertise in Python o Ability to design SQL series, data tables Build PowerBI Dashboard Expertise in Designing Sharepoint pages preferred Experience of leading a small team Comfortable and experience with handling large data sets People Coaching and Feedback expertise Guiding and mentoring one other team member Provides end of year audits shared with external vendor on behalf of Accenture Other Responsibilities include: Contribute to the overall leadership and vitality of the Delivery organization. Foster use of best practices and encourage Delivery team innovations Take lessons learned each year to make recommendations to stakeholder for reporting efficiency improvements and data driven Liaison with other teams outside of Delivery as needed.
