Client: Major Medical Device Client

Position: Learning Management Systems (LMS) Manager II

Duration: 12 months contract to hire

Location: Vishweshwariah Nagar, Bangalore


Salary Range: 2025 LPA depending on experience level


- Hybrid-Minimum 3 Days Per Week(Bangalore office)

- Possibility of conversion to FTE

- Candidates with experience in the medical devices industry preferred

- Shift Flexibility to US Time-zone meetings and rotation


DESCRIPTION :

Primary Function of Position

The Learning Management System (LMS) Supervisor will play a critical role in development, specification, implementation, administration and maintenance of the companys learning system technology and process management. This position involves partnering with stakeholders in Training and Development, Human Resources or Technical Training to understand business demands and to establish an efficient and engaging learning platform for end-user training. The LMS Senior Supervisor will coordinate activities with outside vendors and IT to manage integration to enterprise systems and data transfers and advise business groups and has oversight of development of dashboards, record tracking, metrics, reporting tools, enrollment, and process alternatives.


Essential Job Duties

Provides direct supervision to LMS admins ensuring they meet schedules and resolve problems.

Acts as guide to LMS team and is actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.

Receives assignments based on business priorities and follows defined processes to guide team through execution.

Provides input and contributes to process development related to the department.

Develops and manages operational plans. Interacts with subordinates and peer groups and gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or programs.

Ensure the product complies with all global legal and regulatory obligations.

Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.

Monitoring, follow-up, and close out of LMS support incidents.

Lead cross-departmental collaboration for process improvement initiatives for LMS content maintenance and user training.

Complete special projects as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience

Expertise in learning management systems and operational tools used for learning delivery, including system configuration, maintenance, and reporting.

Ability to analyze data and metrics and utilize this to drive operational improvements.

Intermediate data interpretation to make informed recommendations for improvement.

Demonstrated experience implementing and administering learning or content management systems.

Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies, with fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.

Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills and Experience

Typically requires 5 years as an individual contributor and 1-year prior management experience or managing a project.

University education preferred.
