Job Description
The role holder will be based at our hotel in Kanpur and also travel to other hotel's in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Uttarakhand to support the training activities for other hotel's.
Training & Development
- Drives the process of orientation in driving the Taj Swagat process
- Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all the associates
- Ensures the completion of skill certification process for all front line associates.
- Responsible for identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
- Prepares the training calendar.
- Work in Coordination with the L & D Hub Head
People Focus
- Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
- Assists the Human resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs.
