Job Description

The role holder will be based at our hotel in Kanpur and also travel to other hotel's in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Uttarakhand to support the training activities for other hotel's.



Training & Development

  • Drives the process of orientation in driving the Taj Swagat process
  • Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all the associates
  • Ensures the completion of skill certification process for all front line associates.
  • Responsible for identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.
  • Prepares the training calendar.
  • Work in Coordination with the L & D Hub Head


People Focus


  • Liases with the Human resources team for conducting various employee engagement activities.
  • Assists the Human resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs.
