Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Designer who can craft immersive, globally relevant learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate programs across multiple countries. This role focuses on building curriculum that blends academic rigor with real-world application.

Key Responsibilities

Design experiential learning journeys, academic immersions, simulations, and innovative assessments

Shape and refine curriculum for multi-country UG and PG programs

Collaborate closely with faculty, founders, and global partners to translate vision into structured academic modules

Connect theory to current, real-world contexts through live projects, case studies, and industry integration

Strong understanding of pedagogy and assessment design

Ability to structure end-to-end learner journeys

Excellent research, writing, and stakeholder management skills
