One of our venture is LearnEase. LearnEase is an innovative online teaching platform, connecting students with top educators for 1-on-1 private tuition as well as group tuition. Tutors guide students through tailored study materials in a series of interactive 1-hour sessions over live video calls.


Job Title : Learning Coordinator

Job Type : Full-time

Job Timings : 6:00am to 3:00pm (5 days a week)


Role Overview

The Learning Coordinator at LearnEase plays a critical role at the intersection of sales, parent engagement, and learner success. This role is responsible for converting parent inquiries into enrollments, maintaining strong relationships with learners and parents, and ensuring smooth coordination between tutors, learners, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversions

Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, LMS, and other channels).

Make outbound calls to engage new leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert qualified prospects into enrolments.

Understand parent pain points and confidently recommend suitable LearnEase programs and class plans.

Clearly explain pricing, program value, curriculum alignment, and learning outcomes to parents.

Track leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.

Support demo class scheduling and follow through to post-demo conversions.

Parent & Learner Relationship Management

Build trust with parents by providing clarity on learning gaps, progress tracking, and outcomes.

Maintain regular communication with enrolled families to encourage retention and upsell additional programs; where appropriate.

Handle parent questions and concerns professionally, positioning LearnEase as a premium, transparent learning partner.


Coordination & Operations

Coordinate between learners, tutors, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth session delivery.

Manage training schedules, class logistics, and learning materials for online and classroom sessions.

Track sales cycles through CRM and LMS systems.


Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

Accurately capture and update learner, parent, and lead data in CRM and LMS platforms.

Generate reports for internal stakeholders.

Collect parent and learner feedback and contribute insights to improve conversion and retention processes.


Skills & Attributes

Strong sales mindset with a consultative, parent-first approach

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in handling objections and explaining pricing/value

Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ed-tech environment

Quick learner of CRM, LMS, and digital tools

Empathy-driven communication with parents and students
