Job Description
Hiring: Learning Consultant
Noida Sector 2, Uttar Pradesh (Nearest Metro: Sector 15)
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Onsite (MonFri) | WFH (Sat)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and convert them into successful enrollments
- Provide career-oriented counseling to working professionals regarding certification programs
- Drive monthly revenue targets through effective sales conversations and consultative selling
- Maintain consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and CRM updates
- Build strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the admissions process
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in Inside Sales / Admissions Counseling / BDA (mandatory)
- Prior experience in EdTech will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation: 3 4 LPA + Attractive Incentives per month
