Role Overview

We are seeking a domain-strong and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive training initiatives for sales and operations teams. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating structured learning programs focused on mutual fund products, regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and customer interaction excellence.

The ideal candidate will combine deep mutual fund expertise with strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical, structured learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Conduct sessions on Mutual Funds, regulatory compliance, KYC norms, and product knowledge.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance tracking.
• Develop training materials including presentations, SOP guides, assessments, and knowledge modules.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Partner with sales, operations, and compliance teams to align training programs with business objectives.
• Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning initiatives to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in training within the Mutual Fund / Financial Services domain.
• NISM VA Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of MF products, processes, regulatory guidelines, and investor servicing.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing structured training content and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple batches, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a process-driven and analytical approach.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience training sales or customer-facing teams.
• Exposure to fintech or digital financial platforms.
• Ability to simplify technical financial concepts into engaging, learner-friendly formats.
