Welspun GCC is strengthening its digital-first, engineering excellence culture and were looking for an experienced SME to build and drive capability programs across core IT teams including AI/ML, Software Product Engineering, DevOps, Cloud & Infra, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Automation and related domains.

What youll do

• Lead capability development for core IT: AI/ML, Software Product Engineering, DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data, Automation, Cybersecurity
• Design role-based competency maps , skill paths, learning journeys & certification roadmaps
• Build and scale Tech Academies and SME-led learning programs with Product/Engineering/CoE leaders
• Launch modern learning formats: virtual labs, cloud sandboxes, hackathons/codeathons, simulations, gamified learning
• Track impact through dashboards: proficiency uplift, certification success, readiness levels & ROI
• Drive post-training application via OJT assignments, projects, assessments & skill verification
• Manage budgets, vendors, training quality and governance end-to-end

What were looking for

• 713 years IT industry experience in tech/digital capability building, engineering upskilling or tech L&D
• Strong understanding of software product environments , modern engineering practices, Agile/DevOps , cloud and infrastructure fundamentals
• Hands-on exposure to LMS, digital learning tools, virtual labs / cloud learning platforms
• Strong stakeholder management with Engineering/Product/CoE/Leadership teams
• Ability to run niche training via specialized external vendors
