Learning And Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Design & Delivery

Develop and deliver behavioral training programs for store managers, stylists, and corporate teams through workshops, simulations, and e-learning. Ensure alignment with BSC values, CX principles, and performance standards.

2. Organizational Development

Support capability building, leadership development, and succession planning. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with business heads to design career progression and high-potential programs.

3. Coaching & Skill Enhancement

Coach and mentor teams to strengthen leadership and behavioral skills. Implement feedback mechanisms and measure training effectiveness through NPS, performance metrics, and engagement surveys.

4. Learning Strategy & Reporting

Manage training calendars and track ROI through dashboards. Recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with CX and business goals.
