As an L&D Specialist at Skillinabox, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening our learning and development culture across teams. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting training strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and collaborating on learning initiatives. This is a growth-focused role where you will contribute to organizational development while continuously upgrading your own skills, with the opportunity to lead training programs and eventually grow into a leadership role.



Please Note: This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be joining the core team and working with founders as well as the board directly. A transient role, we are looking for someone with high energy & hunger to grow with us and propel their career in Edtech & Skill-tech.

Key responsibilities areas are mentioned below -

  • Design and develop structured sales training programs for employees
  • Conduct onboarding, skill-based, and refresher training sessions
  • Create engaging training materials (PPTs, guides, assessments, videos)
  • Identify training needs through performance data and feedback
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports
  • Support managers with capability-building initiatives
  • Continuously update content based on business and industry trends
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Promote a learning-driven culture across teams
