Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a L&D lead located in Kolkata. The role will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting product demonstrations, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Trainer will also develop training materials, track training effectiveness, and work closely with management to improve staff knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Training skills
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field
• HR background would be a plus.
