Key Responsibilities

Learning Delivery & Facilitation

Coordinate and facilitate learning programs including technical training, leadership development, soft skills, and compliance

Conduct or co-facilitate training sessions, orientations, and learning forums

Support onboarding learning journeys for new hires and interns

Internship Training Programs

Facilitate and manage structured internship training programs for institute-based aspirants

Coordinate learning schedules, studio exposure, and periodic reviews

Track intern progress, attendance, and feedback throughout the program

Support evaluation and readiness for potential full-time opportunities

Program Support & Coordination

Partner with department heads, mentors, and HR to identify learning needs

Maintain learning calendars, training records, and participation data

Coordinate with internal facilitators, external trainers, and global L&D teams

Measurement & Administration

Collect feedback and support basic analysis of learning effectiveness

Assist with learning reports, documentation, and compliance tracking

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

25 years of experience in L&D, HR, or People Operations

Experience coordinating or facilitating training programs

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Comfort working in a creative, fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Preferred

Experience handling internship or early-career training programs

Exposure to VFX, animation, media, or creative industries

Familiarity with LMS tools or learning platforms
