Job Description
This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of leadership learning interventions from diagnosing capability needs and designing customized programs to delivering high-impact sessions, managing stakeholders, and measuring learning impact. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and senior stakeholders to build leadership capability that directly supports business outcomes.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Program & Content Ownership
- Design and develop custom leadership and manager development programs across levels (mid to senior leaders).
- Create comprehensive learning assets including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, simulations, assessments, and reinforcement tools.
- Ensure content is practical, context-specific (ITES / analytics / BFSI), and grounded in adult learning principles.
- Build structured learning journeys with effective post training measurement.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate high-impact classroom and virtual sessions with strong executive presence.
- Lead group discussions, case analyses, role plays, and reflective learning with senior audiences.
- Adapt facilitation style to diverse cohorts, geographies, and leadership maturity levels.
- Create safe, engaging learning environments that enable honest dialogue and behaviour change.
Learning Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and define learning priorities.
- Conduct structured training needs analysis using performance data, business context, and stakeholder inputs.
- Design learning proposals and recommendations for leadership forums, clearly articulating objectives, methodology, and expected impact.
Vendor & Learning Partner Management
- Manage the vendor ecosystem for leadership development.
- Ensure vendor solutions are customized, integrated, and aligned to internal leadership philosophy and business needs.
Program Governance, Measurement & Impact
- Oversee the complete program lifecycleneeds analysis, pre-work, communication, delivery, reinforcement, and sustainment.
- Define and track learning success using evaluation and impact frameworks (e.g., Level 3/4, behavior change, business outcomes).
- Present insights, impact data, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and required skills:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in corporate training with min 6 years of that experience in training delivery for managers and leaders, preferably in ITES, Analytics, BFSI, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering programs for managers and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end learning programs.
- Relevant certifications in training, coaching, facilitation, or OD are desirable.
- Deep expertise in leadership and manager capability development.
- Strong facilitation, executive presence, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into learning solutions.
- High stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Experience with learning evaluation and impact measurement frameworks.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused approach.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and execution rigor.
