Job Description: E-Learning Designer & Developer (Intern)

Role Summary

As an E-Learning Designer & Developer Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team in designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia integration while working closely with experienced designers and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing course outlines, storyboards, and scripts under guidance.

Support the development of e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Help integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to make learning more engaging.

Explore creative approaches such as gamification, branching scenarios, and interactive exercises.

Contribute to ensuring accessibility, usability, and user experience (UX) best practices.

Assist in testing and troubleshooting e-learning modules before deployment.

Gain exposure to SCORM/xAPI standards and how courses are deployed on an LMS.

Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement of learning content.

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field.

Interest in instructional design principles and digital learning development.

Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) is a plus but not required.

Basic knowledge of multimedia tools (graphics, video, audio editing) is an advantage.

Creative with an eye for visual design and learner engagement.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
