Learning And Development Specialist

Work Location: Chennai/ Hybrid mode

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct engaging soft skills and behavioral development training sessions.
• Facilitate interactive, learner-centric training programs for diverse audiences.
• Deliver virtual training sessions through platforms such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, or similar.

Content Design & Development

• Create high-quality training content, including presentations, handouts, assessments, videos, and eLearning modules.
• Utilize content-authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Design effective learning paths using modern L&D methodologies and adult learning principles.

Learning Program Management

• Manage learning calendars, track attendance, and publish reports/learning analytics.
• Prepare learning communications, training announcements, and post-program insights.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather training needs and ensure business alignment.

Coaching & Feedback

• Provide performance coaching and constructive feedback during and after training.
• Support employees through continuous learning interventions and skill improvement plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in soft skills and behavioral training.
• Excellent content creation and visual design capabilities.
• Strong analytical, coaching, problem-solving, and feedback skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and delivery-driven environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Masters degree or HR/Training-related certification preferred.
• 37 years of experience in Learning & Development, capability building, or training delivery.
• Experience in IT / ITES or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in an office environment
