General Description


As the L&D Senior Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Organisational Development (OD) team to deliver key learning and development initiatives aligned to business objectives. This role will combine system administration and reporting with scheduling and coordination. With a high level of customer service, accuracy and natural curiosity, this role will work closely with the OD team to successfully schedule, coordinate, and communicate training initiatives across India. This individual will also be responsible for the overall administration of our internals platforms, systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted L&D partner with stakeholders across BUs by understanding business goals, capability gaps, and people priorities.
  • Proactively engage with managers and leaders to plan, customize, and deliver learning interventions that support performance and growth.
  • Manage end-to-end communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives, timelines, learner expectations, and outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions to ensure smooth execution and high adoption of learning programs.


Learning Design & Program Development

  • Support the design and customization of learning journeys (ILT, virtual, blended, and digital) aligned to role requirements and career pathways.
  • Contribute to content development by adapting existing materials, curating internal/external resources, and ensuring learning assets are practical, engaging, and learner centric.
  • Apply adult learning principles to enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Ensure learning programs reflect and reinforce organizational values, leadership behaviours, and cultural expectations.


Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning programs such as onboarding journeys, development programs, learning bites, and functional capability sessions.
  • Co-facilitate or independently deliver sessions with confidence, strong classroom presence, and learner focus.
  • Track learner progress during programs, provide inputs to managers, and support learners through their development journey.
  • Continuously improve facilitation quality by incorporating feedback and best practices.


Learning Operations, Platforms & Experience

  • Own end-to-end program execution including scheduling, logistics, learner communication, and coordination with facilitators.
  • Manage learning platforms (e.g., Degreed or LMS) by enrolling learners, tracking progress, resolving basic issues, and maintaining system accuracy.
  • Ensure a seamless learner experience through timely communication, reminders, and post-program follow-ups.


Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain accurate learning data related to attendance, completion, certifications, and engagement.
  • Prepare and share dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to L&D and business stakeholders.
  • Analyse feedback, participation trends, and learning metrics to recommend improvements and enhance impact.
  • Use data to tell the learning storyconnecting programs to outcomes, behaviours, and business relevance.

  • Act as a role model for organizational values in all interactions, learning programs, and facilitation moments.
  • Embed cultural narratives, leadership principles, and expected behaviours into learning interventions.
  • Support initiatives that promote continuous learning, collaboration, inclusion, and employee growth across Corporate Services.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in L&D, talent development (relevant exp),
  • Good to have (optional): Min 6-12 months exp in recruitment, or a business-facing role
  • Demonstrated interest in people development and organizational learning
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and support business needs
