Job Title: Manager - Learning & Development
Location: GGN
Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on L&D to drive continuous capability building across the organization. The role will focus on enhancing performance through structured learning interventions, especially for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders
Design and deliver sales, product, leadership, and behavioral training programs
Create learning content such as training modules, playbooks, SOPs, and assessments
Strengthen sales effectiveness through training on closing, objection handling, negotiation, and product knowledge
Partner with functional leaders to link learning outcomes with performance and productivity metrics
Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience in sales capability building preferred
Instructional design and content development expertise
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Data-driven approach to measuring learning impact
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR, L&D, or related field
36 years of experience in Learning & Development
Exposure to SaaS / logistics / high-growth environments is a plus
