Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective learning and development strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and program evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills for training manuals and reports.
  • Familiarity with coaching, job-shadowing, and innovative learning methods.
  • A degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Programs: Create and implement impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Conduct needs assessments to identify development requirements and measure the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with HR and leadership to develop learning curricula and drive employee engagement.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee training budgets, negotiate contracts with external vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends, L&D innovations, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge training solutions.
  • Foster Growth: Implement diverse learning methods, including coaching, online learning, and experiential activities, to cater to varied learning needs.
  • Build Networks: Partner with third-party providers and external suppliers to deliver high-quality programs.
