Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager Learning & Development to lead and drive the organizations learning strategy, capability development initiatives, and talent development agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end learning programs including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Drive adoption of e-learning and blended learning models
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs
- Manage training projects, budgets, and timelines
- Handle external vendors, training partners, and learning consultants
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure high-quality learning delivery, governance, and compliance
- Support organizational growth through structured talent development initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Learning & Development methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems
- Knowledge of e-learning tools and learning technologies
- Project management and budget management exposure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR with relevant L&D experience
- Certifications in:
- Organizational Development (OD)
- Instructional Design (ID)
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) (added advantage)
