Learning and Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Learning & Development to lead and drive the organizations learning strategy, capability development initiatives, and talent development agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end learning programs including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
• Drive adoption of e-learning and blended learning models
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs
• Manage training projects, budgets, and timelines
• Handle external vendors, training partners, and learning consultants
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
• Ensure high-quality learning delivery, governance, and compliance
• Support organizational growth through structured talent development initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Learning & Development methodologies
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems
• Knowledge of e-learning tools and learning technologies
• Project management and budget management exposure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR with relevant L&D experience
• Certifications in:
• Organizational Development (OD)
• Instructional Design (ID)
• NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) (added advantage)
